Everyone was getting tired of the shit the big boys were doling out to their customers: Us.

At the back of my head, I wanted flexible no-contract plans with more data than (the dumb) 1000 sms or bazillion minute talk time. I mean, who still uses so many sms when we have things like Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger?

And I also wanted taxis that weren’t picky and pretended to be “Busy” all of a sudden.

Maybe it’s not so much about “disruption”, but actually giving people what they want, eh? And also entering, answering and giving a solution to the conversation that’s already going on in their heads.

This also means mixing with the “common” folk, or whoever your ideal customer is, and getting to know what they think and what worries them.

A good place to start could be Facebook, or local forums. Or even hobby groups and forums, if that’s where they meet and talk.

Time (for me too) to go, listen, and answer.
